Dulcinea has been working at Multilink Community Services for more than 5 years progressing her career through a variety of roles including; Case Worker, Coordinator Community Development, Manager Community Development and her current role.
Dulcinea loves working in her team and helping the community. Her working environment is also flexible.
Dulcinea has attained a Degree in Behavioural Science, and her Masters in Human Resource Management. She’d like to get her Doctorate in Organisational Psychology and become General Manager.
Before joining Multilink Community Services Dulcinea worked as a refugee counsellor and has also worked as a tutor, teaching at a Multicultural Spanish School.
Emigrating from El Salvador as a political refugee at the age of 12, Dulcinea spoke no English.
