The Human Resource and Training Assist system is designed to provide tools to support NGOs' human resource management functions. The first tool is the Workforce Planner.
Workforce Planner
The online, interactive Workforce Planner is the first available Human Resource and Training Assist tool. It is based on workforce planning guidelines developed by Disability Services Queensland and tailored to meet NGOs' specific requirements. The Workforce Planner provides NGOs with a strategic planning tool to help develop an understanding of their future workforce needs. It is envisaged that links to the Job Description Builder will further support the overall strengthening of NGOs' workforce practices.
Getting started with the Workforce Planner
Registration
Before your organisation can use the Human Resource and Training Assist system, you must complete the following form and fax it to 07 3405 6388 or email sngos@communities.qld.gov.au
The Online Resources team will register you as a user and provide you with access to the Human Resource and Training Assist system.
An automatically generated email will be sent to you with a username and password to provide access. Please do not reply to this email.
