Agreement
Both Nicki and Lisa feel very positive about the commitment they have made and are keen to get started. Before they do so, they record the details they have agreed on in a contract to make sure they both understand what is required.
Mentoring Agreement
Purpose:
- Develop Nicki’s opportunities at work.
- Meet for coffee at a mutually agreed location once a week.
- Regular phone calls and emails.
- Discuss areas of interest.
- Develop an action plan.
- Informal and frequent.
- Ground rules attached.
