Management Support Online (MSO) provides resources to help community organisations improve business processes and service delivery.

VOICE online resources

VOICE contains user-friendly information about office administration and management, along with 'how-to' guides, templates and samples on topics such as managing human resources, running meetings, strategic planning, and risk management.

Online Acquittal Support Information System (OASIS)

OASIS is an online grants tool that makes it easier, simpler and faster for organisations funded by the Department of Communities (currently not available to those funded through Disability Services, Child Safety, Housing or Sport and Recreation) to electronically maintain their organisation and service details, submit periodic financial and performance reports, and access reports about this information.

People Management Toolkit

This tool kit helps managers implement and enhance people management practices such as recruitment, performance management, training and skill development and management development.

Independent Social Security Handbook

The handbook provides information about all major types of social security payments and outlines people's legal and appeal rights.

A guide designed to help organisations create a useful online presence and make the most of ICT (information and communications technology).

Community Bookkeeper (external)

Community Bookkeeper provides practical support to assist NGOs to prepare acquittal reports easily. The generic manual available under Standard Chart of Accounts on the linked page will guide and assist bookkeepers and treasurers to process transactions in their accounting software. Guidance is also given in developing a range of reports for internal management purposes, as well as collating information and documentation for external accountant/auditors who will prepare end-of-year financial statements. All this will assist the organisation to meet its accounting and statutory requirements imposed under the Associations Incorporation Act (1981) as amended.
