Management Support Online (MSO) has been engaged by the Strengthening Non-Government Organisations strategy to provide a comprehensive suite of information, online skills development, tools and resources to help community organisations improve their business processes and service delivery.
How do you access it?
You can gain access to the (MSO) website by registering as an individual user for your non-government organisation. Click here to register. Once you have submitted your details, you will receive an email confirming your registration and providing your login details. Once you have received your login details, MSO can be accessed via a link in the email sent to you or via www.managementsupportonline.com.au

What can you do on the MSO?
The MSO can help you to:
- assess your organisation's skill levels and knowledge by completing simple online assessments to identify skills gaps and organisational areas in need of improvement
- access online self directed skill development and training programs, covering key aspects of governance, management and operations and incorporating practical exercises
- work through complex tasks directly relevant to organisational needs, set up systems or review and improve aspects of the operation of the organisation
- access resources such as information sheets and tools, including check lists, procedures and templates which you can adapt to suit your organisations needs, and
- share ideas with others in the real-time chat room, or read and leave messages on the discussion board.
