Online Acquittal Support Information System (OASIS)

The Online Acquittal Support Information System (OASIS) is an online grants tool delivered as part of a broader program within the Department of Communities, designed to create more efficient and effective grants processes and systems.

What can you do with OASIS?

OASIS enables you to electronically:

  • maintain your organisation’s details
  • submit quarterly financial acquittals
  • submit quarterly performance reports (where generic output measures are included in your new Service Agreement*, you are a Homelessness organisation or were involved in the Sunshine Coast pilot)
  • access historical reports relating to this information.

The system allows you to upload your financial information using MYOB, QuickBooks, a generic format that meets the department’s Standard Chart of Accounts, or you can input the information directly into OASIS.

* Under the Community Services Act 2007

OASIS statewide rollout

OASIS was available statewide from January 2009, to organisations funded by the Department of Communities (currently not available to those funded through Disability Services, Child Safety, Housing or Sport and Recreation).

Training for funded organisations is underway with sessions being delivered via WebEx, an online tool that allows live and recorded sessions to be viewed on computers in various locations. WebEx Session Details
